Not at all. For teaching roles, we'll help you get ready before deployment — all you need is patience, enthusiasm, and basic computer literacy. For development roles, some coding experience helps, but we welcome beginners too.

Onsite deployments require a minimum of 8 weeks, with volunteers contributing 4–12 hours per week. Pre-deployment training is completed the week before travel. We work around your schedule where possible.

Yes. Our remote roles are open to anyone, anywhere.

Yes. Every volunteer receives a certificate of contribution and a letter of recommendation upon request — great for your CV or university applications.
